We completely stripped away the old, failing cedar roof to establish a flawless, long-lasting foundation before installing a premium multi-material system:
Premium Cedar Shakes: Installed premium Waldun smooth 7/8” x 24” A-1 cedar shakes at a 7.5” exposure over solid sheathing, utilizing a heavy-duty course of 30lb underlayment paired with a specialized cedar breather fabric to ensure proper, lifetime ventilation.
Porch & Entrance Roofing: Upgraded the accent roofs to a traditional 1” double-lock standing seam metal roof using Everlast custom color metal, finished with heavy-duty Levi’s snow retention systems for added safety.
Custom Lifetime Metal Work: Fabricated and installed new Everlast premium 26-gauge base and counter flashing, flawlessly paired with our signature hand-soldered copper chimney gussets to guarantee an completely bulletproof seal.
