Custom Copper Vent Collar Replacement

Sugarsbridge Contractors replaced a failed, leaking collar with a custom-fabricated copper vent collar designed for long-term weather resistance.

Project Scope & Execution:

• Removal of Compromised Collar: Removed the deteriorated factory pipe boot and prepared the surrounding roof decking and slate area for the repair.

• Custom Copper Fabrication: Fabricated a custom copper vent sleeve and flashing base to fit the pipe penetration precisely.

• Hand-Soldered Seams: Hand-soldered the copper connections on site to ensure a completely watertight seal.

• Hidden Cleat Fastening: Secured the assembly with hidden cleat connections, keeping all fasteners concealed and protected from weather exposure.
