Custom Fabrication: Custom-formed heavy-gauge terne-coated stainless steel wash caps engineered to fit the precise dimensions of the chimney top.
Hand-Soldered Seams: All connecting metal seams and flue flange transitions were hand-soldered on site to create a monolithic water barrier.
Flue Flange Integration: Integrated custom-fitted flue flanges around the chimney flues to prevent water penetration down the masonry liner.
