Precision-Formed Double-Lock Seams: Formed panels on-site with a traditional 1-inch double-lock standing seam profile. This method eliminates reliance on exposed fasteners or caulking, creating a fully mechanical, weather-tight barrier against wind-driven rain and snow.
Hand-Soldered Structural Transitions: All connecting pans, valleys, and intricate transition lines were meticulously prepped and finish-soldered by hand with traditional 1/2-inch lock seams to establish a seamless, monolithic water shield.
