Premium Metal Roofing: Installed a custom 16oz copper standing seam roof system over solid sheathing.
Drainage Engineering: Fabricated a traditional, integrated in-roof copper pole gutter system flowing directly into heavy-duty 4” solid copper downspouts engineered to develop a historic patina.
Fabrication Details: All connecting seams throughout the copper pans and pole gutters are meticulously hand-soldered with traditional 1/2-inch lock seams to ensure a flawless, watertight seal.
Fastening System: The entire system is secured using hidden cleats and premium ring-shank stainless steel fasteners, delivering maximum wind resistance with zero exposed penetrations.
