To protect the home's historic architecture while managing heavy water runoff, the system features a highly technical, integrated in-roof trough TCS gutter system. On the third-floor roof, our team executed a traditional historic metal replacement using Follansbee 28-gauge terne (tin) with classic 1” double-lock standing seams.
