Our team installed premium 16oz flat-seam copper across three accent barrel roofs. Every single seam was hand-formed with a traditional 1/2-inch lock and hidden cleats, then meticulously finish-soldered by hand. To ensure the entire system is completely bulletproof, we tied the structures together with a custom-soldered connecting flange directly to the main slope.
