Premium Cedar Shakes: All-new premium cedar tapersawn smooth shakes (7/8" thick) installed at a 7.5" exposure over a traditional lath system with #30 lb. course-split felt and stainless steel fasteners.

Custom Flashings: Custom all-copper counter flashing paired with high-durability 26-gauge Galvalume steel for the step flashing.

Low-Maintenance Gutter System: Premium white aluminum half-round gutters equipped with a Leaf Relief gutter debris cap for low-maintenance longevity.

Historic Metal Restoration: Fully restored all of the original terne (tin) standing seam metal roofing using our signature premium restoration process.
